AI 🤖
BREAKING NEWS: Anthropic announces the ability for Claude to *use a computer*.
Yes, you read that right. A.I. will now have the ability to *use* computer software, just like humans can.
This dramatically increases the potential use cases for AI Agents because no longer is it… x.com/i/web/status/1…

People who don't want to learn how to program can always find a reason why not to. This time it's AI, last time it was that tech was over because the Internet Bubble burst, the time before that it was that all the programming jobs were going to be outsourced to India.

Pretty cool.
Ask ChatGPT “From all of our interactions what is one thing that you can tell me about myself that I may not know about myself”

Talent Density Ratio:
Number of High Performers / Total Number of Employees
The concept of talent density originates from Reed Hastings and Erin Meyer's book, “No Rules Rules: Netflix and the Culture of Reinvention.”
Highly recommend checking it out!
Underrated signs of a high performer:
• They hate small talk.
• Are not okay with wasting your time.
• Do what they say they’re going to do.
• Do it with urgency.
• Are obsessed, not just interested. What am I missing?

100% agree. High performers are obsessed and have a bias for action.
Claude 🖥️
Anthropic just launched its most advanced AI model yet, Claude 3.5 Sonnet.
It can control your computer screen. 😱
This ~8 min video shows what Claude can do for you.
It’s not all roses and daisies because Claude isn’t yet advanced enough to complete many tasks it attempts (such as booking a flight or completing a form). ✈️
In one instance, Anthropic mentioned that Claude randomly stopped a coding demo to scroll through photos of Yellowstone National Park. 📸
It gets distracted like the rest of us. 😂
The following insights come from a notable post by Thiyagarajan Maruthavanan (Rajan).
“What Claude does:
Controls your screen
Moves your cursor
Clicks buttons
Types text
Takes actions
Why this matters: Most AI talks. Claude acts.
Think about that shift:
2022: AI writes emails
2023: AI generates code
2024: AI operates your computer
The implications are massive.
For developers:
Automated debugging
Self-fixing code
Real-time testing
Active assistance
24/7 productivity
For businesses:
Customer support automation
Process optimization
Overnight operations
Task completion
Error reduction
Current limitations:
API only
15-min window
Developer access
No custom training
GPT-3 had similar limits. Look where we are now.
This isn't just another release. It's the start of autonomous AI.”
